ddm502001
How common and for the base of year models is this? Looked at a 2017 Vengeance 377 Toy Hauler, on Large area Right Hand side had several 'Blisters' one over a foot diameter. Sales person stated their Shop could not touch it for Months so reducing price. Ask originally $45, down to $39k. Can remember Delam problems on HD Trailers in the 1980s, those took major work to repair and always looked repaired.
TXiceman
Delaminating sidewalls is not all that uncommon; however it is most likely caused by water intrusion. The problem with delamination is that you cannot see the degree of damage below the surface. Water can come from a number of leak sources. The most common is failure of sealing materials around windows, door and other penetration that were at fault from the factory or from lack of maintenance. Repairing delamination can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. I would pass on the unit unless they made a really major price concession like $20,000.
