SOD Posted November 11, 2020 Report Share Posted November 11, 2020 We cancelled our direct TV account in March after 20 years and were told we will get a $46.42 refund. we have called 5 times since then and are promised each time we will receive our refund in 30 days. I would never go back to at&t, Verizon is much better just like Dish is far superior .
