Re-attaching Canvas on Hybrid Trailer

I have a 2001 Rockwood Roo  hybrid camper with fold out canvas beds on both ends. The canvas on the smaller bed has come loose on one side. Any ideas how to re-attach the canvas? It looks like it just fits behind a metal plate next to the rubber door seal. I'm wondering if I should use some kind of glue?

Welcome to the Escapee forums! Sorry that it took a problem to bring you, but we will do our best to help. I really can't tell from the pictures how the canvas was attached originally. Is the strip with the screws removable and perhaps that is what held the canvas? It looks like it was pinched between that strip and the wall. If so, I'd try removing the strip to put it back.
