brunsje
Folks, I am taking my 2013 Freightliner Cascadia to the shop for its annual maintenance and was wondering if new shocks on the front axle will improve the ride quality. My rig has 35,000 miles and has the original shocks. If HDT's are like my Dodge Pickup Truck, the original shocks were pretty bad. Would you also provide your recommendations. Star Dreamer
I would not think you would need shocks till over 200000 miles. 35000 is not even a few months of driving with team drivers. However they are probably just basic shocks and changing them for better ones should help. I believe BMZero replaced his on his Volvo with some different ones. 2005 Freightliner Century S/T, Singled, Air ride ET Jr. hitch 2019 46'+ Dune Sport Man Cave custom 5th wheel toy hauler Owner of the 1978 Custom Van "Star Dreamer" which might be seen at a local car show near you!
