We unfortunately had a family emergency and had to divert our travels and would not be where we asked them to send it. I contacted them since only 3-4 hours had passed and it had already been shipped. I was waiting for my Fedex number so I could contact Fedex and stop the shipment. Smith RV went all out and managed to reroute the shipment back to them. I never expected that, the company and staff went the extra step.
