Not Quite Yet
Well, just finished replacing all 4 return air registers with 4 new registers that have a latch on them to allow the filters to be changed without removing any screws. Made DW very happy. I hunted these registers for several months and spent this afternoon installing them. Now all four filters can be changed in less than 4 mins. She's happy=I'm happy. Not Quite Yet
Finally found mine at Jedco supply. I ended up with the 6X10" registers and if I was doing it again I would go with the 6X12". They run around $16 for the 10X6, shipping quick. We used filter material bought at Home Depot and cut our own, much cheaper than regular filters. One of the filter suppliers I looked had several grades of filters from dust all the way to several kinds of alegerns.
