Jackalopee wiring option

I used the third option wiring method which is to pull a separate line from battery to 12v switched tab. I am limited to 30 or 40 amps this way. Option 2 is run wire to 12v direct with a dead 12v from truck. This gives me up to 60 amps. My truck blue wire is hot. Can I unplug it and use direct input or do I need to pull a fuse? Also, don't know if related, when I ran this wire my left turn signal don't work unless I hold down signal lever on column. Tail light also glows dim this way. Worked fine until I ran wire and hooked up.

If you unplug blue wire you can run direct input at 60 Amps, although 12 or even 10 gauge will not carry that much current. You have some strange stuff going on with this Jackalopee and wiring, funky relay, funky signals. If it continues I might want to "re-acquaint" myself with this sucker.

Well the relay didn't change the issue. Still had to pull it out about 1/8" to work. It does work like this though. I was going to run #8 wire but couldn't find any. #10 line run. Morrow I will change and see what happens.
