Glad to hear you had a good summer Freddy & Delcie. We too are closing up shop here in Ohio and hitting the road on Tuesday, Sept 16. We will mosie toward Texas via the Gulf. Then after the Holidays head to Q. Hope to see many of the old friends in the Southwest this winter. Be Safe...........Paul

Good Idea Freddy. We are winding down here in Ohio and will be hitting the road soon after Labor Day. Doing a little work on the 5th wheel today which helps ease the hitch itch. Enjoy your travels and be safe..........Paul

I'm reluctant to predict where we will be this winter, but current plans call for Arizona. If those "jello" plans come true, we'll see ya' in January! Have a good summer and be safe!

I'm with you on the gray and gloom. Things are so much nicer when the sun shines. I always said it's the never ending gray days that make Ohio winters unbearable. It can be 50* in the South but if the sun is shining you feel pretty good! We've only had one BAD day since we arrived (April 1). That was 2" of snow. The rest have been pretty nice. Glad you made it back to MI without much trouble. Enjoy your summer! Paul

Eric, glad to hear everything went well with the Fridge install. Ohio weather has been great since last Saturday (snow on March 29). Temps in the 60's but cooling to 40's this coming week. Snow in the UP but that won't affect you! Have a safe trip!............Paul

Marsha would love for our fridge to die so I would be forced to install a residential unit. That's the path we were forced down our first year in our motor home. We crossed into Ohio today. Spending the night with friends in Cincinnati. Yeah, yeah, I here you.....IT'S TOOOO EARLY TO BE IN OHIO!! Marsha has lots of plans for my time this summer and we have a daughter getting married so I thought I better get here and get busy. I'm sure we'll have some cold weather for the next couple weeks but I am sure praying for NO SNOW!! Good travels & be safe.... Paul

Guess I'll skim over it for another couple weeks...LOL Yep, going to get one of the girls married this summer. She is very happy! Nice guy to boot! Now to get daughter #2 hooked up...Ha Ha! Stuffed! LOL Had a great time at the Parade and the Cook-off.....but ate tooooo much! We'll head back to the Rodeo to take in the Rodeo competition and the livestock. That will probably happen next week....the Rodeo goes on for most of March. I bet the Montana Rodeo is unbelievable. Sounds like a great place for a rodeo!

Heading to the Houston Rodeo this morning. The Trail Riders Parade is the first thing. These guys ride in from all over Texas. Pretty neat :-) The barbeque Cook-off is the big event for this weekend. Should be a fun day!

Hey Freddy......it's cold in your state of Texas!

SAME WITH US! We became Texans and did all the vehicle registrations, took Class B test, and got licensed within a few days. As a matter of fact, we weren't even in the state for a month that first year! We have a car stored in Ohio with current TX plates & registration that hasn't been here (Texas) for several years.

Sorry Freddy, it makes me sad but.......I think it's lost.

Close but no cigar! Someday our paths will cross. Looking at maps last night thinking about crossing Texas......dang that's a big state. Not many interesting stops either!

My bad.....I don't do well on the class map. I get behind! We are now in Cortez, CO. Going to do Mesa Verde today. Will be here 3 or 4 days then down to Albuquerque, NM for a week. Guess I better go do the map :-)

Hey Steve........check at a truck stop for that front hubcap. They sell "Look-A-Likes" to match Freightliners and are pretty cheap! Been there, done that! Paul
