Marsha had a mild stroke on April 12. We are outside Jacksonville, Florida. After a restless night, she awoke feeling strange and we rushed her to the hospital. She was diagnosed with a mild stroke. She was released the following evening and is home in the 5th wheel. She is receiving outpatient therapy ( Speech, Occupational, and Physical). She follows up with her neurologist here on May 8 and hopefully will be released to travel. We will head to our summer home in Canton, Ohio to evaluate our future.
Marsha has weakness in her right arm and has some difficulty forming thoughts into words. She has slight trouble walking but that is mainly due to tiredness. She is receiving therapy three times a week, exercising , and taking walks in the CG. We are hoping for a full recovery!
She would greatly appreciate your prayers for a full recovery.
In the meantime......be safe and enjoy your summer travels!
