Boy IYQ....you are waaaay up in the boonies! We have some full-timer friends who have a cabin near Two Harbours. They say it stays pretty cool up there. They love it! Enjoy!!!

Marsha and I met up with Steve and Carol this afternoon. Had a great visit. Was nice to get to meet them after "knowing" them through the forum. We went to the casino for lunch and a little dessert.....hope IYQ doesn't get tooooo angry (see picture...you can click on it to enlarge). Paul

Storms have moved on...talked to Steve & Carol....all safe and sound. We headed to bath house/shelter when sirens went off. Nothing really bad! All is well Paul

We are going up to Stillwater for the NCAA Women's Softball Super Regionals. Did some sightseeing in OKC this morning including the OKC Memorial...a very emotional site. We arrived in Amarillo, TX this afternoon. Beautiful weather....dry, no rain, no hail and no tornadoes. Going to be cool the next couple of days with highs around 70 and lows about 50, then back into the 80's. Looks like we are out of the high 98 degree weather for awhile....ahhhhhh. Paul & Marsha

Marsha and I spent a great evening with Delcie and Freddie. Dinner, Elks for a few beverages, and a lot of catching up on each others' travels. They pull-out this morning heading to Colorado....we'll stay here for a week or more. Lubbock, TX Elks Club has a great RV area and nice Lodge. Be sure to stop if you're in the area! Just lived through a heck of a thunderstorm here in Waco, TX with quarter size hail and tornado warnings....SCARY!!! Sure glad we decided to head to NW Texas instead of Arkansas and Oklahoma to avoid tornado alley.....JEESH! Still lots of lightning off to our southeast.

"Buy the way, we have a new house closing date, so now we can hold our breath again until Monday April 25th. this is sooo much fun!" Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh how familiar that sounds to Marsha and I! It will get done, eventually. Hang in there. Paul (and Marsha)
