in one word.

money.

cash in and  cash out.   at 58 things keep happing that put my back into debt. just this month a $4000.usd repair bill for my truck. got some bills to pay off. and then income.  pension comes online at 65 for me. ( age + years, it's a union thing). and ss payout 100% at 67%. 

i should get somewhere between $3000. and $4000. usd a month (gross).   net ???.

i have worked hard all my life ( started at age 10) but had three years total off due to a crushed leg, neck surgery, cancer. when i retire i do not want to work again. would like to enjoy life at my pace. no worrys, about bills, or where i park my home.

so money drives it all. if i could be set up today for no money worrys. i would not go in work on thursday ( my monday).

i can do most all handyman stuff. till my body gives out. ( back, neck, joints).  but as a single, not sure if i would even be allowed to be a "camp host". but then i am not much of a peoples person.

from what some here are saying. i for one might  ot have much of a pronlem when i take my show on the rd.

but most anything is possable. only $2K a month. here in ca that figure is well below poverty level. and many are doing it with little problems. sure no net flicks. no satellite, maybe a chep phone. the human creature can and does adapt as needed.

if my math is right. and things do not tank. i should be two - three times that ( gross).

as at this time i do not want to work after i retire. got 50 years hard labor under my belt now. 7 more to go.

but just maybe. if for nothing more than a free place to park, power, other?  nothing beats free beer and propane.😜

also there is no comparison of moon prints to cutting into the sandstone rock here on earth.

if i went to his house and gouged something into the outside walls, or scraped something into the paint on his truck. ( both very easy to fix, unlike sandstone). would a "i am sorry" be ok with him???.

pending your mattress size.

some rvs have a smaller size.

but just buy and install one of your liking.

just check first to make sure the rv was not made with a very smaller size in mind.

mine it is a " standard size queen" so all is good for me.

replacment is as easy as just buying a new mattress.

to bad the towing insurance companys do not give a partial refund if you do not use the service. 

say a free couple years if you have not used them in the past five years.

stepping into your rv is illegal as they are not the police,  and the police need a warrant to search. but can try to claim probable cause

no as it expires the commercial will not be renewed. but will keep the class A as non. but will be changing states. 

been driving class A for 35 years, am tired,

need to get out of commiefourna. thinking sd. maybe texas? not sure if other states are "friendly"
 to retirees.

what if one already has a commercial class A?

just paperwork to change it to a non commercial?
