    • You know a retired farmer who tinkers on campers......  It's only a couple hunnert miles back. It was kinda funny how while Jon and I were thinking out loud about his electrical problem, I remembered having a similar issue a few months ago, when my inverter had overheated, and needed to be re-set.  He looked for a re-set button and found the switch had been accidently been flipped off.  But we had a nice visit, and he bought me lunch.
    • My wife is dead against a Nature head or any compost toilet. I would be fine with it. So that end of that. Every review I read states nothing but ash left. Even a family on YouTube. They previously had a compost unit and unhappy with it.
    • Tst. And the touch screen display is well worth the money.
    • And the reverse is true when lowing a flag that is being flown at half mast. At sunset you raise the flat to full staff, then lower it.
    • Getting ready to hit the road this morning. Did all the last minute checks inside and out. Realized there was no 12v power inside. I checked everything I knew to do. So I called Rick to pick his brain. Drove over to his shop and started looking things over and throwing out ideas. Anyway it ended up one of the boys accidentally hit the master switch and shut it off. The switch is located directly under the fridge by the floor.    The last few miles to the inlaws in Kentucky I realized my trailer brakes were not working. I have a few days to figure that out. I just have a regular brake controller like a pickup truck. When I step on the brake peddle it won't light up. I can hit the button on the controller and it appears to work but don't apply the brakes.  They worked at my last stop but when I got off the exit at natural bridge it felt funny. I just took it slow and easy the last 20 miles and arrived safe and intact.  Blinkers, brake lights and tail lights all work. It's just the brakes that dont.
