lorenzob
I posted the following on another RV forum and several fellow Escapees recommended I repost to this forum to possibly aid those on a budget or as a temporary fix. "Last year the Norcold reefer in My 2006 Allegro Bay finally died after nearly 17 years of good service. I intended to install a residential model but decided to wait to either sell the Bay or gift it to my son since I plan to end my RV traveling. This way the new owner would be able choose a replacement. In the meantime, I purchased a EUHOMY Car Refrigerator, 55Liter(59qt) RV Refrigerator with 12/24V DC & 110-240V AC, Portable refrigerator freezer fridge cooler on Amazon. I freeze bottles of water and place in the freezer doors of the Norcold and use the refrigerator compartment as a food pantry. I change out the frozen water bottles every 24-28 hours. This has worked out great without having to worry about leveling." Top
