jamilorigan Posted March 6, 2015 Report Share Posted March 6, 2015 Seeking friendly, adventurous couple for overseeing operations of two cabin rentals on beautiful East Grand Lake, Weston Maine. Position runs from May through August. With cabins rented on a weekly basis, workamper duties include checking customers in and out, thoroughly cleaning the 2 camps once each week, doing laundry and other various tasks as needed. Work hours are generally 8 hrs on Saturdays only. These hours are paid at minimum wage, per person. Work requires some short-distance driving, use of chemical cleaning agents, and other light to moderate duty activities as needed. We provide a free waterfront RV site with water and sewer hookups. Workampers pay their own (metered) electric and propane. Site is also furnished with wooden deck out front, plus free use of boat slip - photos available. Workamper ‘volunteer’ duties are to oversee the general safety and well being of renters and the facility overall. Much down time to play, boat, explore and eat lobster! RV site is Dish satellite ready. Most cell phones and hot-spots will work from here. Free on-site laundry facility use. Groceries, medical, P.O. etc all available near by.
