The Good Sam GPS does all of those things. You enter info like height, tolls or no tolls, preference of Interstates or scenic, etc  and it tells you. I always use a Motor Carriers Map Book to be sure of heights, always.

Many of those campsites along Lake Superior don't have hookups. If you find private RV parks they generally have hookups.

I have never been to an RV park where their WiFi was able to stream anything. Is it cost? Do you get all of the news? As for movies, I can't do much of that because I fall asleep. My better half records lots of shows that she watches later.

That is a seasonal hotspot and they always need extra help at certain times of the year. I have never met anyone who wouldn't work to get unemployment, never. I wonder if they have tried increasing wages? Many of those low wage workers are not able to get buy with the very low wages they are paid. Have they heard of the $15 per hour minimum wage?

I would think that RV parks, even on a monthly, seasonal or yearly engagement, in and around San Diego, CA, would be expensive? The San Diego Area is one of the nicest places in the entire US. It is said to have a high cost of living? When I looked into going there two years ago I found the RV spots expensive. I was only looking for 2 weeks or a month.

I have seen that breed on not allowed list at RV parks. Regarding the summer in South Florida, I wouldn't want to be there in the summer. That is not much better then SE Texas. I go to the UP of MI for the entire summer, May thru September.
