My Sister needs a new Laser Wireless Printer for her home office.  Does not need to be color.  Just looking for advise from our Mac members for the best Mac compatible  black and white Laser Wireless Printer.  Cost is not really an issue.  No ink jets period.  It is for her home office as she works remote from Corp HQ in Omaha and prints data off their network when she logs on down here in Bella Vista.  She is the only one who prints off of it and the printer is 20-25 feet from the router.  She has had a Brothers Wireless Laser printer for the last 3-5 years that has worked well for her but she is starting to have some printing issues which I believe started with a Apple update.  I thought it might be a driver issue so today I hooked up a USB cable to her Mac Air and it is back working.

Suggestions on a New Laser Printer?

I don't know what to tell ya other than you must know more on how Costco Corp is run than the people in Corp HQ's.  I called them and asked the very same question this morning 2 min before my post and I even had them double check and they said and I quote  "we do not accept MC in any USA stores and yes AK stores are considered USA stores not one."   We accept MC only as a Debit card.  So if you used it as a charge card and not as a Debit Card (one of my VISA cards is also a Debit Card as well as a charge card) than give yourself a pat on the back for getting one over on Corp America.

Here is the correct answer directly from Costco 2 min ago.  Yes you can use your MC in the stores in AK or any other location for Debit only you cannot use them to charge only VISA cards can be used for charging.  It was the same way back when AMEX had the deal you could uses your VISA/MC Debit card but only could you charge with the AMEX.  So you are correct that you did use your MC but only as a Debit.

Darry is correct in the Canadian Stores they use MC's for charging not Visa.

No it does not vary by Costco's.  We shop in Costco  from VA to WA and HI.  I drive to Costco in Tulsa, OK as there are no Costco's in AR.  We shop at both Costco's in  KC, MO and the one on the KS side as well.  We hit the Costco in Omaha and Lincoln, NE when we are up visiting family.  We hit the Costco in Lexington, KY twice a year on our trip to and from VA.  All of these Costco are programed into our GPS.  Every since Costco dropped the deal with AMEX several years ago they have accepted any VISA but only the CITI Costco Visa will get you rewards.  They do not accept MC.  Costco has an exclusive deal with VISA just like they did with AMEX.  Here is the Costco Customer Service phone number.  1-855-378-6467 call them and ask which Costco's take MC and let us know which ones do?

Not true Costco will take any Visa.  However only the CITI Costco Visa card will get you rebates.  4% on gas no mater where you buy it.  3% back on Restaurant and eligible Travel.  2% back on all items bought at Costco and 1% back on everything else you use the card for

I agree with Phi.  I have had great luck with the Seagate product line.  All my externals are 3 TB HD's.  All my kids have external 3 TB Seagate HD's.  My laptop has a Seagate.

So I have downloaded the Windows 10 1903 build on both my laptop and the DW's laptop.  The DW's the day it came out and mine maybe 10 days later.  Now I cannot get on a couple of web pages that I was always able to get on with Edge.  However I can still get on them on the DW's laptop.  My Laptop is a HP and hers is a ASUS?  Is there something that got switched for some reason in the upgrade on my laptop with Edge.  I can still get on all the other web pages on my laptop but it will not let me on my Lexus Drivers web page and now it will not allow me to get onto my livestream for my church in HI.  I downloaded Chrome (which I hate) mostly because of the company onto my laptop it will open both of those web pages with no issues.  I cannot figure what the issue is with those 2 web pages and Edge now?

Funning thing.  It has happened twice now.  When I first turn on the laptop the new windows has come up but then if I reboot it goes away and the old build comes back up.  I guess it is telling me hey I am here if you want to download me?  No favorites in the new but all still there when it goes back to the old.  I took a picture with my ipad of the favorites window so I at least can remember all the ones I have saved when I need to rebuild after downloading the new windows.

Old Glory waves every day all day at our house.  The spot light comes on at dusk and goes off at sunrise.  I see no reason to ever lower her  and with a nice breeze she stands straight out in all her Glory.

Ok I see.  Dental issues are Service connected therefor covered under the VA for you but not your wife.

Are  you a 100 percent disabled?  If not how are you able to use VA dental?  It is my understanding that you have to be 100 percent  and it must be permanent and total to get the dental service.

Never heard of the 30 percent discount if you sign up early.  Thinking BS but could be wrong.  Is she currently receiving a SS Check?  Ya do know that pride is one of the 7 deadly sins right?  Scripture says that pride is the one God finds the most detestable .

She should sign up for the Part B and start having the monthly charge taken out of her SS check.  If she delays the penalty for not signing up when you turn 65 is stiff.  In most cases depending on where you live the military facility can and may refuse her service once she turn 65.  It all depends on the facility ie are they under staffed, do you have some issue that they want to continue to treat that is unique?  Have her sign up and start looking for a new Doctor that she likes on the outside.  Once She finds a new Medicare Doctor and establishes them as her Primary Care Provider and she shows she has TFL then they will automatically bill TFL for what ever Medicare does not pay.  We have been on Medicare/TFL since May of 2015 and while I have never used it the DW has never received a bill for a single cent and add in  Script for the drugs it like a walk in the park.

5:  Tell your friend to put his big boy pants on and pay the bill.  It's stories just like this that folks want to use to make it sound like the VA screwed them.  It sounds like he rolled the dice and did not have other insurance to cover him even when he was not close to a VA facility and when you bet against the house you more often then not lose.  It's not the Governments responsibility to pay for our own stupidity.  As far as your TFL.  If you just turned 60 then don't worry about it.  By the time you turn 65 and are eligible the whole game will have changed several times over.

They changed our full retirement age to 66 what 25-30 years ago?  That should not have been any big surprise.  While I really don't like paying the $108 a month on the one hand but on the other I really don't care.   I look at it like I have been so blessed to be able to have lived the life I/we have in this country that I am more than willing to give $2592 back a year to make up for the 32 years my Great Grandfather received SS after only paying into it 5 years.  It's only Money and to me money is a "Renewable Resource" provided to me on a "As Needed"  basis by "The Lord"
