Ronbo Posted November 13, 2015 Report Share Posted November 13, 2015 The display on my direct link had darkened. I called them today and they gave me an address to send the display in. They will turn it around in 24 hrs after they receive it. The problem is the OLED display seal leaks. They have discussed it with the manufacturer and they have a,better seal now. If you send yours in and have to tow your trailer, it will still work at the last setting. The control will give an error light due to no remote but it will still work.
