FL-JOE Posted March 24, 2019 Report Share Posted March 24, 2019 We set up part of our banking at Suncoast Credit Union. As far as insurance or insurance agents go you really need to shop around. Florida auto insurance is different and has many different things to decide on. We had one agent tell us when we first changed over we had to have all the medical coverage on all vehicles. We argued that we would just rely on our outstanding personal medical coverage but she insisted it was Florida law that after a vehicle accident only the auto insurance could pay unless medical went over $10,000, therefore our private medical insurance would do us no good.
