  1. If you have the 50A version, you probably also have 2 air conditioners and with 5KW you can probably run both at the same time but doubtful if you can use the microwave with both on. Since the a/c compressors cycle on and off you might get by. Your converter is probably 55-60A at 12V so that would draw around 6-7a if the batteries are being charged. You can boost the ability to use 120V by shifting the refrigerator to propane and not using the 120V heater of the water heater but propane only. My last class A had a 5.5 KW Onan and it would pretty much carry everything but the electric water heater, at the same time.

the system is getting its head pressure from reservoirs on the side of Pikes Peak

But the lake water then goes through a water plant and where those tanks are would make up the pressure. They are probably well above the city too.

  3. How high was the water pressure in CS? When we lived in Cheyenne it ranged from about 80 psi to as high as 120 psi, depending on where you lived in the city and how full the surge tank on the system was. Our house had a nominal pressure of about 100 psi.

  4. If you do not do that then the current owner will continue to own it, no matter what you pay to him and he agrees to.

    Vehicle Title and Registration

To transfer a title and registration, you must have these items:

    • A completed, signed Title and Registration Application
    • A signed vehicle title
    • A lien release, if applicable
    • All applicable title and registration fees
    • Any other documents that apply (e.g, original or certified copy of power of attorney, personal representative papers, etc.)

If your source gives you less than 50 psi, I wouldn't worry about it.

If your water supply pressure exceeds 60 psi, you would probably save money on plumbing maintenance by having a regulator on the supply line into the park. Things like the faucets and shower valve will last much longer if pressure is kept down, and that is especially true if supply water pressure exceeds 100 psi.

  6. I would be very cautious about towing any fifth wheel with a half ton truck, although the terms half, 3/4, and 1 ton are not so applicable today.

  7. There are several RV parks in Green River and there is also a Love's Truck Stop which I believe has a dump station as well as the original Little America Hotel & Truck Stop that is just 20 miles to the west of Green River. If you are signed up for a full hookup site you should be OK as long as your tanks are around half full or so.If you are dry camping at Escapade you should definitely have empty waste tanks and a full water tank.

  8. We love the US12 route over Lolo Pass as it is very scenic and has a lot of history. It is very crooked and has some steep stretches, but I don't recall any big drop-offs, although there probably are a few.

Winding Road Sign, Lolo Pass, Idaho ...

  9. Let's put this a different way. Has anyone here ever been required to stop in a weigh station with their RV? Have you ever been pulled over for failing to stop in a weigh station? I have driven past several Michigan weigh stations and never stopped nor was I bothered and I sure didn't see any signs like that.

The Cruise America disclaimer is just that, protection from liability. And if you read the entire thing you will find:  'There’s a good chance you’ll be told it’s unnecessary to weigh at any of the other ones, but it’s always best to ask for guidance."

Try comparing similar treatments in both veterinary and human care. The effort and training required for both is about the same, but vet care is typically much less expensive.

When our youngest son was in HS(a,most 35 years ago) and was wanting to be a veterinarian, as part of a career day he spent the day with a highly respected veterinarian in the community. Our son mentioned the similarity of training and services with the disparity in incomes. The vet told our son that the #1 reason that doctors get paid more and have better facilities is health insurance. As pet health insurance has become more common, the price of vet care and the availability of more technical services have both increased.

The decision to let a person or a pet die because of the cost to keep them alive is and always has been both an emotional and a financial one.
