That you didn't bring the flu home and infect her. That you were not around very many school age children who bring everything home from school. That she was not around other people who had the flu. That she has retained a pretty good immune system as she has aged.
Actually we both worked in the same building but different sections that had a day shift population of over 600.We do not have school aged children but as RV ers of many years we do travel all over the country. We have a few grandkid's of schools age. We have social distanced as best we could since this virus hit. We do wear a mask and I wear both the mask and gloves during these times since we are both in the high risk age group .I also drove a school bus after my retirement and was required to have the flu shot every year.
We are not going to Sturges this year although we have been there .

I have got a flu every year for many, many years as it was a condition of my employment .I never had the flu. The wife has never had the flu shot she never had the flu . What does that prove.

We were in Shawnee OK a couple of year ago at rally it was 104 degrees both AC's running full blast and it barely kept 80 degrees. We were also in Apache Junction same deal.

Thanks for the replies! I ordered a new, not remanufactured, unit from RV Cooling Unit Warehouse. Now comes the fun part. Need to trick that strong friend to show up to my house.
Randy
Yes that is were we got both of our replacement units never another problem.

Sounds like the cooling unit ours did the same. The Amish cooing unit from Indiana is far superior to the OEM unit our ESP plan covered the cost of replacement.

There is nothing we can do about the fact that the virus is here and is real. We can read articles all day on what to do or not to do to protect ourselves and others. We take the easy way out we wear gloves and the mask maybe that works maybe it doesn't but that is what we do.

Although the wife had never been in a RV before we married she took to the lifestyle real quick. She can do anything any guy can do and many things better. She does most of the towing as I really do not like to drive. She is a better backer than I am and I do not think I have backed the rig into the driveway and along side the house 10 times over 14 years. She is really handy to have around.

We do have a S&B domicile in Ohio but last year purchased a RV lot at our HOA facility in Florida. We had no problems, We had a good credit score. We had the down payment . We used Center State Bank in Davenport the purchase was smooth with no issues at all.

We have rowed both and hooked up both. If I am driving I just do with the wife tells me to do and it always works.

Not necessary. Medical personnel are prohibited from treating them, period.
It might not be about catching the virus, but a mental disorder like claustrophobia. But they would fall under the category of "Sorry, but this is the sacrifice you have to make." The sooner this is over with, the sooner you can go out again. So encourage your friends.
Gloves aren't necessary, and may actually be counterproductive by giving the impression that they're helping when they're not.
The virus was identified as a Contact virus thus the mask to prevent contact from sneezing, etc. We contact everything with our hands therefore the gloves. We will stay with what we do you may chose differently.
-
I have no control over how long this will last so we will just deal with it as best we can. The virus is real and thus far there is no historical documentation on what medication works and there is no vaccine...yet. We wear a mask and gloves when required and they are being required at more and more places.
-
I got the documentation to do it online I think back in March and I did it on line no problems at all.

We are 53 feet long truck and RV. We call ahead for a camping spot .Pull through, 50 amp , full hookup and we always tell them how long we are. We are all over the country and have never had a problem finding what we need.
Oh.. we do not do truck stops, rest areas , wall mart .We do CG's

A friend of ours used to drive for Cross Country Driver service taking private cars from one location to the next and I know that he did not have a CDL. They do carry paperwork to document that they are legal but I'm not sure what that involves. I have traveled all around the US for years and have never been in any safety check on the highways. Who does that?
In Ohio the State highway patrol on the interstates .

"You could get stopped at a rest area for a "safety check" they could ask for your drivers license and registration for the truck and RV..If the RV is not yours you may not have the registration . They may ask who does it belong to and you will say "a friend of mine" It gets worse from there. I did have a CDL so I was good.".... We did not post this on this thread because we had nothing else to do nor make it up.
It did happen to us and I thought it might be on interest to others.

Thank you but I am looking for a legal source.

Mine broke loose at then top on our 06 3400.It was a black tank we use the proper glue and it held. Lesson learned from that was to dump the black tank often as well as the other tanks.

Nothing against the law to be reimbursed for your expenses. As long as there is no charge based on time or miles then you didn't hire on for a job. You are doing a service.
Bill
Do you have a legal source for that statement as it is of interest to us.

It is illegal to haul for pay without the proper documentation check it out.

I wear the mask when required because I chose to do so.

We still use Facebook. It is another tools for communications. If there is anything at all a individual does not like about Facebook or any other social media get off of it.
Drinking Water

We never have much water in our fresh water tanks when in travel just enough to flush the toilets, etc . Water taste different in different parts of the country and most of us are accustomed to the water at our Domicile. We carry a couple gallons of home water or store bought water when in travel. We do not boon dock. The water at our Florida winter residence taste nasty although test good. We purchased a filter system from the water filter guy years ago and use it in Florida to filter out the nasty taste. We do sanitize the fresh water tanks twice a year
