At least when we got flooded out of our campground last summer we were not responsible for helping everyone cope. I do NOT envy you guys. I hope the two two of you are managing to stay high and dry. And relatively sane. Linda

Don't combat it; give in and go somewhere! We've already picked a place to go for an oil change when hitch itch sets in here. Not far away but enough that we could choose to spend a night or two away from our summer spot if we feel the need for a getaway. Besides we've been told we need to move the rig every now and then to keep from getting square tires. Dave's already talking about moving it out so he can mow under it to give the ants fewer access ramps but given the challenge we had getting it into this spot i'm not anxious to move it already. We arrived at our summer spot northwest of Minneapolis and got settled in before the rains started. They're supposed to continue through next Monday so I'm glad we are parked. Linda Sand

We started with Sprint but they kicked us off for too much roaming. Then we had Verizon but using too much bandwidth got expensive. Now we have Millenicom--so far, so good. Dave's iPhone, of course, uses AT&T. Let's see, is there anything we haven't used? Linda Sand

For our Friday the 13th experience Winnebago was able to buff out our tree scratches without having to repaint. Bad day? Not. Plus they finally replaced the toilet that kept trying to flood. Plus they found out the problem we have with the one slide topper is a broken spring which is now on order and should be here Tuesday morning. Now if they could just figure out what's wrong with our stupid furnace... Linda Sand

Makes me glad Dave talked me out of doing Blogger. It's frustrating enough dealing with the blogs of all my friends who do. Linda

We're on the road in Iowa during spring storm season. Tomorrow we get to decide whether to stay here with lousy internet or move on to possible hail. Terrible decision to have to make. We are on our way to the Winnebago factory for a few fix-its, though, so if we get hail they can repair it, right? Linda Sand

We're in Cazona. That's the state between California and Arizona. This is not the first park we've been in that's physically in California but everything runs on Arizona time because there's not much besides RV parks on the California side of the line. So we feel like we're camped in limbo land--thus Cazona. Linda Sand

I had a friend who considered housework part of her exercise routine. Bend at the waist to pick up things from the floor, stretch to dust the high places, keep moving to keep your heartbeat up, etc. She was in amazingly good shape so maybe there was some method to her madness. Linda Sand

So it's a good thing we aren't traveling as fast as we considered doing. Linda

For today's entertainment we got to watch a neighbor's awning blow over the top of their RV. Then we got to watch the mobil technicians bring it down again. At least we have our back to the wind and are behind a half wall so we've not been rocking too much. Linda Sand
