  1. Check valve was one of my issues and also the filter housing primer pump combo. After replacing it no more issues.

I also suspected the housing when having to pump to start   It got harder to start after a few times

    Yours may be elsewhere.

  2. May not be related but there are fault codes that can be checked.

We have had a common problem that stopped it from draining. Found the debris catch screen full of dog hair.

Its under the bottom front cover at  floor level. Easy access.

Unscrew it and pull out the mess. Watch for water to come out. Lots if drum is full. Use plastic garbage bag and towel. Catch 90%.

  3. Good Sam platinum plan. Covers multiple RVs. Basic plan only covers one RV. So with the Volvo MH that's what they told us ten years ago.

    Only one tire call.

We had CAA (same as AAA) no Volvo coverage.

  4. I use this process on a 12 yr old gelcoat with painted graphics. Lasted 3 yrs first time. Just stripped and redid it this past fall.

Yes it's an effort but after trying most everything out there to clean and wax nothing brought back that nice shine.

No worries as to getting this on another vehicle applying by hand as I did. That would be impossible. ?

If you clean and reapply before it starts to go bad it works.

There would be no concern to repaint since it can be removed with stripper and the surface would be sanded and prepared anyway.

But no way I'm repainting a trailer this age for $15k ?

  5. We have the Sears Elite 80. Leather with std adjustments. They are very nice. Had for 6 yrs now. Got them at a good price in ATL Kenwirth. Also ordered the adapter plates at same time. Were $600 ea seat and $45 ea adapter. Installed in the parking lot. Sold the old nationals on Craig's list and he picked them up when I was there.

  6. Currently at a Race and most if not all large race hauler trailers are 3 axle. Ones on gooseneck and Semi type. It's the Tires and loading and press that makes the diff.

Axle allignment also plays a huge part. It the camber or toe is out you can ruin a tire on any axle in a few thousand miles. Seen it myself

My trailer currently has 2 8k axles but I would go three with no issue. Cost of tires goes up though at 6 each time. ?

  7. We made it back up to Northern Ontraio on Sunday and a nice pile of snow was waiting! Clear roads up on Sunday though. The Soo locks are still froze over. Had to have the park entrance and drive plowed just to get rig in. No where to turn around at all. Come on Rain!! We had a great time at the ECR in Crossville TN. Great folks and a great park there too. Enjoyed meeting everyone too. Time to get back to work!!
