Ditto.  I am still using PDA net.  Or is it that PDA net wont work on some newer phones?

Thanks for the update.  Now we know what to expect when we go south next fall.

I just changed my service address for DirecTV.  It took less than 10 minutes on the phone.  I am just lucky I guess.

I know when I have called in the past, and we haven't done it for awhile, I always have to keep repeating "this is just a temporary service address change, my billing address and home service address is staying the same".  

This deal with AT&T could turn into a real nightmare!

We dont change our service address too often when traveling. Maybe once or twice during snowbird season.

You can change your service address by using the online chat function.  I am not sure if that will remain an option after your account is moved to at&t.

I once had a problem with the GFCI tripping that I was plugged into, and the culprit was the charger/converter.  Once I turned off the breaker for it, plugging into a 15 amp GFCI outlet was not problem.

I have a Xantrex 2000 watt pro watt inverter and this is what I use two of these to power two different circuits in my motorhome.

There has to some reasonable explanation of why this mail was not forwarded. If there was no endorsement on the mail that would prevent it from being forwarded, how would the postal service's computers know to return it to the sender?

We winter in AZ and my magazine subscriptions become victims of the forwarding beast. Bulk versus 1st class we were told.

Yes, you definitely need to know what will be forwarded and what will not be before filling out the form, and I believe there are different rules for a temporary forward as opposed to a permanent forward.

We have that problem with our local post office ... medical bills are often not forwarded, but sometimes are, they say because of the "Do Not Forward" thing. A few months ago a personal letter was returned stamped "Vacant ...unable to forward." Excuse for that one was "there was a substitute carrier". When the USPS is handing the mail it is a crapshoot...

 

That is interesting because it is my understanding that mail that is forwarded does not usually get to the local post office, but since about 2005 the USPS instituted the Computerized Forwarding Service which is supposed to intercept mail that is to be forwarded as soon as it is recognized by the computerized sorting system, and directed to the new address at that point, but I have been out of the USPS since 2005, so maybe there have been other changes since then.

How did you eventually get the mail that was not forwarded?

We have purchased two RhinoFlex hoses in the last three years. The first one was defective when we bought it, but because you can take the end off cut off the bad section( about the first foot) and replace the end, we were then able to use it. We used it that winter, and the following summer where it was hooked up continuously from April till the end of October. When I went to put it away, it cracked wherever it bent. Off to the dumpster it went. We got a replacement from the Camco Dealer in the Big Tent at Quartzsite. Because the previous one had failed, she sold us a new one at half price. We used it the remainder of our snowbird season, and when we returned to Iowa for the summer, it was hooked up permanently for the summer. A month or so ago I moved it just a bit and it cracked, so again off to the dumpster. I guess I am a slow learner. Even though I really liked features of the hose, I learned it is not made to lay in the sun for any length of time.

One more issue is that we have the Camco clear 45 degree adapter hooked to our black land and gray tank outlet to which we hook the Camco hose. This connection started leaking, which is why I moved the hose that then cracked.

The one thing I see missing in all these predictions, is what I believe to be a real possibility, and that is the current economic conditions may be the new norm,as I dont see anything on the horizon that is going to drastically change things.
