I have a 2000 Beaver purchased from an owner who appeared to possess every piece of documentation that came with the coach but there definitely was no wiring diagram for the 120V circuitry.

One of the 17 pages of electrical drawings that came with my coach. Might be one of the reasons Foretravel is still in business.

With a little patience some really good deals can be found.. and "slightly used" isn't much of an issue as long as they've been taken care of. I think you'll find that there are a lot on the market for sale where folks bought them but didn't actually use them as much as they thought they might... or puchased them for a stick and bricks emergency backup but turn around and let them go with little to no use when the fear of "crisis" is low and money is tight. 😉

    Good hunting!

I bought two eu2000's after Ike [2008 ] with parallel kit. Ran them monthly  with electric heater as load, had maybe 30 hours on them, [No storms since 2008], so just sold them with covers and manuals for $1200 for the pair.

  3. Agree with Barbaraok, like the Escapees concept, but I also know Coach-net delivers, not always fast, but never a penny out of my pocket. Of course one time, tow truck driver said it would be a, extra $200  for me to pay, because he said Coach-net told him they would not pay him for pulling the half shafts, quick call to Coach-net got that straightened out. Coach at the side of the freeway shaking ever time a semi passes, is not my favorite place to be.

  4. Agree, if you buy direct from China etc., be prepared to lose your money. I buy a lot direct [e-packet] from China and most items are fine, and a savings over buying often the same thing from a US based distributor. I can afford to buy 4 or 5 types of led bulbs just to find the best one. If it doesn't work, I am out a couple of bucks. Many year ago, when Tyson first brought out the "bladeless fan". I knew I needed one, but would not pay $400. Found one that looked exactly the same with the same specs, so I said "the tyson is made in China so is this one, probably same thing without the tyson label."  It looked good but only worked a week.   Called their '24 hr' support and after several months of back and forth with me sending many pics and following their trouble shooting, [had to actually cut wiring to test individual components,] they concluded that a resistor was bad on the control board, and  offered to send me a new resistor that I would have to solder into the control board after removing the bad one. That was a $200 lesson. Now I will buy bigger Chinese goods, but through an American distributor. I am prepared to pay a premium for being able to return defective goods to a US based  company.
