Of course updates will come here as well as Facebook and NationalHDTRally.com. We are watching the status of Covid-19 in Kansas and Reno County in particular. We will make a final decision during the first or second week in September as to whether we have to cancel or not. As of now, we still plan on proceeding with the National HDT Rally as planned. If the event does go as planned, all safety precautions will be taken including hand sanitizing stations, masks, etc. I assume most everyone already has a mask, but for those that don’t, I will have a limited supply available upon request.

It’s all on the registration form. Registration is $95 per person. On the registration form, you have the option to select “Stay on Site”, “Local Hotel”, or “Other”. The price is adjusted automatically. Staying on site for the week is $143. The total cost for a couple on site for the week is $333.

Trying to get a feel for who is still coming. I see a lot have canceled, but who IS still planning on being there? Rick & Susan? Anyone else?

Gail and I are still going. The risk in Crossville is no different than in Baileyton. We will be getting to Deer Run March 29th and will be there until the end of April.

For those of you coming in this week for the Pre-Rally Rally, when you go to pay at the front office for the extra nights, tell them that you are with the National HDT Rally. The rate goes from the regular rate of $30 per night down to $25 per night. That rate applies also if you stay after the rally as well.

A few weeks ago, during an update to the National HDT Rally database, an email was inadvertently sent to all attendees of last years rally. It contained a duplicate of last years registration. This led some people to believe that they were automatically registered for this years rally. Rest assured that your credit card was not charged again. However, unless you went to NationalHDTRally.com to register for this year, you are not registered.
