I have a 2005 5th wheel with two Dometic ACs. It is controlled by a Dometic Duo 5 button (3310009.000) thermostat. The unit is defective, I cannot access zone 2. There are no direct replacements available. Does any one know if I can substitute a different model? It controls both ACs and the furnace. Is there a way to just control zone 2 with a separate thermostat? Thanks

The Dometic Rm2620 fridge in our RV is working like a charm when it's parked in our driveway that is sloped, but the minute we level it to camp, the fridge stops working. No A/C and No Propane, but the lights on the control panel all light up and look as though the fridge is working. Please help, it seems our problem is the opposite to everyone else's that I can find online.

New to the camper world.. tented for years and this TT is really starting to get on my nerves... It cools on LP but no on electricity. I unplugged it from the shore power and the refrigerator light came on with battery power. I plugged it into shore power unhooked the battery and the interior refrigerator light came on again. I checked the fuses inside on the fuse panel all of the fuses were good. I checked the two glass tube fuses on the refrigerator control panel located in the picture they were both appear to be good. I don't know how to use a multimeter (please don't judge me 😂) any ideas or advice is GREATLY appreciated...

The Dometic refrigerator SP-219 in our 2019 Lance travel trailer 2465 works perfectly on electric but on gas it will start, then when it reaches temperature, it cycles off and the #3 and #7 lights start flashing, and it will not cycle back on. I can turn it off, let it warm, turn it back on, and it does the same thing (and will not cycle back on). I'm level, thermostat position is correct, flu is clean, batteries are in excellent condition, and all connections have been checked. The problem persists whether on shore power or battery power. The problem began intermittently a few months ago but in the past few weeks it has become the norm. Any suggestions?

Some of you folks thankfully have been trying to help me troubleshoot why my 2015 rooftop Dometic Heat Pump (#651816). The units fan will start but shortly after trips the breaker. I have gone through several things to try and diagnose what is causing it. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words words so a video showing testing the compressor for short to ground, replacing the breaker and testing and replacing the start and run capacitors may give you a better understanding of what I have tried. The fan and compressor relays are mounted on the control board so I can't just pull them off and just replace. I appreciate any help I can get. I am not an HVAC tech, just a home owner with enough skills to be very, very dangerous that likes to fix his own stuff and doesn't give up easily. Thanks again for any help you can provide, Mike

My four year old Dometic Rooftop Heat pump is tripping the AC breaker. I can re-set the breaker and it will stay set until the thermostat calls for either cooling or heat. Up on the roof I can see the fan does not attempt to start nor does the compressor. I hear a very faint click and then the breaker trips. The fan spins freely and I can set the thermostat to just "Fan" and that does work. I cannot smell any kind of burning nor do I see and damage to any wires. I am thinking start capacitor either fan or compressor.
