  1. I'm thinking you mean us? We'll be there sometime -- maybe end of May or maybe June. We have big remodeling projects to do on our place. So, if you're heading down, bring a hammer and your credit card!
  2. We are heading to Texas. It's a family get together first part of April. I'm not sure how far south we'll make it since we're actually on our way to Ennis and Arkansas. Would love to connect if possible!
  3. I've tried to check your blog out several times and noticed it's no longer available to us to read. So, how's the house coming?
  4. Such wonderful news!! We are so happy to hear that. Hopefully, we'll see you on the road soon. We leave for New Mexico and Texas in a couple weeks. Not sure where we'll be this summer but certainly will check in with you. Again, great news!!
  5. Deja Vu ... I had a similar thing about 13 years ago. The ER doctor must have been a horse doctor. I had to see a specialist to correct his treatment. Instead of swapping war stories, we can swap nose stories. I hope I never have that again and hope you don't either.
  6. Have had to sit on runways for hours with de-icing but never letting someone off and getting baggage. I don't like flying places where de-icing may be required over and over again. I usually avoid it if I can.
  7. HO HO HO Merry Christmas everyone. We just happened to be in SW Washington when one of their rare Christmas Eves with ice and snow rolled in. We had to cancel Christmas Eve festivities 'cuz the roads were icy and many cars ended in the ditch. Of course, this area of Washington isn't used to much snow and neither are the drivers. Son had to park his car in town and walk home. All the roads were closed off to traffic. So, this morning we pushed Christmas unwrapping back to noon in hopes that the weatherman is right and roads will be cleared off by then. Heading back to Arizona tomorrow. So far, weatherman is saying weather should be fine. Hope he's right! Terry, Jeri and Buck

  9. Good news is always nice to hear. We sure are going to miss seeing you this winter but want you both healthy! The good ole Pacific NW is much cooler and wetter than Arizona. Now they're predicting freezing rain and ice on our departure date. Hopefully they'll change it again to a better forecast before that day arrives though. Merry Christmas everyone.
  10. So sorry about Levi .. Our pets are our kids!
  11. We haven't really disappeared. I do read the posts. Class of 2008 and 2009 is in the same boat.
  12. We had eaten with Lee several times at the Adobe Deli! What a great place!!
  13. I think that's good news ??? Where you getting on the road again to? Hopefully, it's Arizona.
  14. We're going to miss you this winter! However, you never know where we'll end up. Freddy: How are things with you and Delcie?
  15. We made it out with just a few sprinkles on the windshield, Joe. Storm was due in about noon. Hope you get lots of that rain in Oregon and Washington. It is much needed due to all the wildfires. Smoke was everywhere so we didn't complain about having to use the windshield wipers a little. Plus, we took your route through Hwy 58. The only thing we did different was head straight on 139 all the way to Susanville instead of going via Alturas. I think that's what you do. Wouldn't do that route again. Very narrow roads that needed to be paved most of the way once we hit California.
  16. I want you both to get better! We want to see you as good as new this winter. Our thoughts and prayers are heading your way. We're hoping you'll both be smiling with health! Take care Terry/ Jeri
  17. I just sent a note to Freddy too. Hope they're doing great! We're sweating in Phoenix right now. This hot weather sure makes you appreciate the cool mornings we recently complained about in the Pacific NW.
  18. I'm so very sorry. It sounds like you've had one heck of a rough time. Have you been given a clean slate or is this something you'll have to deal with in the future? We sure hope all these problems are behind you and you just have smooth sailing ahead. Your daughter is one special lady. She's sure been busy lately taking care of both of you! I gather you're in Paducah and just getting better. Hopefully, you'll feel so much better that you'll start getting hitch-itch!
  19. So, they have an app to tell you what fifth wheel to get buy with what truck? You use it once and don't need it for another few years when you buy another? Hmmm. I'm certain we've got to have that app. What do you think?
  20. We use those views for many things. They are great in determining even if you want to stop at some RV parks. Also, truck stops almost always have big rig friendly pumps. Check for Flying J, Pilot, Love's, etc. You can add datafiles to a GPS so you know how close. Or, there is even a book out, NEXT, which tells you what exit along your route these stations are. A couple apps to check out. Truck Stop Locator Big Truck Stops
  21. Eek! Can't imagine being in an RV and an earthquake at the same time. That's pretty scary for sure. Wow, Toni. Five earthquakes in the 5th wheel? That would certainly be no fun at all. Let's hope no more earthquakes for anyone.
  22. When you going to head towards New Braunfels? Yep, we will certainly miss seeing Roger and Lynn around.
