Had a tire failure on I-75 and since I have Good Sam Platinum Complete coverage, I called for help. I had to pay $400 up front before anyone was sent to help me. Getting reimbursed has been extremely difficult. Now I am being told that my Platinum Complete plan only pays for the tire and doesn't pay for the tire change labor ($165). Why is it called Roadside Assistance if it doesn't cover assistance? Good Sam totally failed me. If it is not going to pay for breakdowns while traveling, there is no reason to pay for it. I will not renew.
