Well i put myself in a pickel after seeing all the hdt on here and talking to all kinds of people. I went out and purchased a 2015 volvo 730 not knowing that they will not insure here in ontario canada anymore. I no we have a few guys from my area that have them but seems iam at a stand still . They just dont recognise the conversion from class8 to rv

Ya i cant find insurance in ontario .i just spoke with co-operators they say they dont do class 8 conversion Now i just bought this truck guees the rules here have changed

Well i just purchased a 2015 vovlo 730 . In side looks brand new non smoker my only concern is that it has wait for it 1 million miles on it. It has had lots of work done in the past year but he says the motor has never been opened up. It has top set done every year he said and he also uses pittsburg caytalist . had the dpf cleaned and baked he told me last year. Any signs i should look for in the future. Thanks Lee

Iam wondering about insurance who should i approach i have seen some one say co operators

Hi just spoke with the head of the MTO in the simcoe county area. He just told me a big no on registering a class 8 truck as rv. he said not in Ontario but for some reason some offices will register it but if you get pulled over they dont accept it for some reason. He just said a truck is a truck .

Hi new to the site i have been searching for info on how to register a class 8 to rv in ontario. Also any insurance companies that would insure it. i do no you need those 4 items in the truck . Iam just starting to look around for a truck so getting as much info as possible .Thanks Lee
