This is why I don't use the physical remote anymore. I don't have to hope the TV provider will keep or add certain features I need. I have downloaded a digital remote app on my phone, and now I can control my TV how I like and use all the features I need. In 2024, we should no longer rely on physical remotes. They are outdated. I am glad that channel 362 brought back the Active button, but to be honest, this active button never disappeared on my digital remote.
