I made an appointment with Freightliner to figure out my odometer error problem. I used to have 52K miles on the bus, and one day, after stopping for a while, I started again and it read 725 miles. It's worked fine since then (now reads 3200 miles), but if I ever sell this thing it could be a problem. I talked to freightliner national, and they said, take it in to OKC and let them put the scanner on it and see what it says. I still think it's an "area 51" problem. We'll see

You think you would remember driving it in reverse for 50,000 miles, that would take a lot of cranberry juice; or was it that time warp machine you got stuck in, do you feel 10 yrs younger? Maybe you could sell tickets to ride bessy bus back in time.

Here was this mornings welcome to summer in the Rockies.

I managed to sneak through on one of the few windless days last week, and get the motorhome & toy hauler moved from southern NM to southern CO. We had a beautiful week of spring weather(sunny & upper 60's) my first week here in the southern Colorado mountains. But there is a winter storm warning issued for tonight & tomorrow. The weather guessers are predicting an inch of snow in the valleys and 4-6" of the white stuff up on the passes. I remember getting snowed on last May 1, this is becoming an annual tradition. In 2 days it will be back to sunny & 60's.

Congrats Steve & Carol, you guys sure worked long & hard to earn that sale.

Back at my winter ranch outside Deming, NM. Working on some upgrades to my Volvo 610, including a rampage lift, a new Sears Elite seat, back up cameras, replacing the wooden deck with steel, and a few electrical improvements.

I've been a casual lurker here for a couple years. Retired and went fulltime last year, in my MH.

Thanks to a month spent on Jack's lot at Retama, admiring all the great HDT's down there, I got inspired.

I just bought my first HDT and I'm waiting on delivery of a new to me Volvo 610 and Teton Frontier.

I'm sure I'll have a whole list of dumb questions.

(for now I'm keeping the MH as a backup for shorter trips)
