Steve and Gail hosted a nice birthday party last evening for my best friend/bride. She took the teasing in stride.

Steve and Gail are GREAT people. I found out in 2011 at the rally how much they care and how dedicated they are.
An experience I will forever remember, Thanks

If you mount those racks on the inside of a cupboard or pantry you wouldn't have a light problem.

After our Camper has sat for the last 3 years. Got it out and into the sun again. Also hooked up the Kenworth to it also. The way its sitting in the pic, camper shows to be level. Was sure I would have to drop the 5th wheel down more. But it has air in the bags and truck bags were full. So looks like its good on top of the frame as it sits now.
Thinking I will find a short standard pinbox for it. See no reason to have the extended pinbox on it. As I have room behind the cab for it to sit closer to the sleeper. Going to measure the one on my Daughters camper. And if it will work, swap it out with her straight down pinbox. She wants the extended box. Also she does not tow hers but 3 or 4 times per year. Then its to move it if the river is about to flood.
Were having issues with the auto level system on our Heartland. Guess I will have to buy a new control board. This one only lights up after unplugging it. Then when you plug it back it, shows Error and then hit Enter and it goes back to Error. But only shows Error and nothing to show why its an error?
Truck is dirty, been hauling limestone base material all last week. Have around 300 more tons to haul this month. That finishes our driveway to the RV shed. Plus fills in for the new shop going in this fall. Sure hope to be camping soon. Wife's last day of work was July second. But she is on vacation the rest of the month. Then retirement starts First of August.
Also going to pull the headach rack off the back. Build the Drom box for the back this fall.

Keeping and bearing is exactly the very definition of owning. The other three are different, required components of bearing.

Thanks Dave. Hope y'all are well too. I really didn't want to go back to work, but this is letting me build a decent "oh shit" account...quickly.
Hey, not my job anymore LOL
And I have figured out there are people that want to pay for my opinion. And when I say "it's like this" they never argueThanks for the shout out. It's kinda nice to be missed and thought about.

I know everyone is worried, but I have a small note of happy news to share. Dave had open heart bypass (quadruple) last Monday. While that is hard enough, his kidneys shut down after surgery (a know possibility that we were aware of) and he required 3 days of temporary dialysis to give them a chance to recover. It WORKED! They started functioning again Saturday night and today he was moved out of ICU to a regular room. Unfortunately I haven't been able to see him since Wednesday when all Pheonix area hospitals were closed to all but patients. Thank goodness for FaceTime and ICU nurses that made sure I got to see him everyday. Now my biggest problem is convincing him that he needs to stay until they say he can come home. But he is up walking and the only pain he has is where they took a vein out of his leg and the leg is stiff and sore. Just had. to share some good news for once with people. I can't wait to get him home and then just sit and ride this out. Stay safe everyone as we all learn to do pick-up or grocery delivery and find things to do that involve being away from people. RVers are hardy and we will get through this.
Best wishes and good health.
Hang in there Barb

I would wager that he was high hooked. End of the pin was sitting on top of the jaws. Or some idiot pulled the latch while he was parked there just for the fun of it.
