Summer storage and when can you leave

Marci is who I talked to -
We are storing our motorhome for the summer at the Bushnell, Fl. Campground. The storing starts on April 1st to October 1st. The person at the office says we can’t leave until April 1st because we have to sign papers dated April 1st. Is there any reason we can’t sign the papers dated April 1st early so can leave on March 31st?
