My wife and I love RV'ing and are considering building or buying an existing RV park, preferably somewhere in the KY, TN, OH, WV area. Does anyone have experience owning/operating an RV park? We're ok on the business/finance side of things (already own a couple of businesses), but never a RV park, apartment complex, recreation site, etc.
