    Hey! Sorry for the late reply, it's been a busy day. It's a known issue with the company hosting our websites, so far they have not offered a solution. Sorry for the inconvenience, I wish there was a fix!

    It depends on your financial institution's interpretation of the Patriot Act. If they will not accept the PMB address, most will allow you to use the physical address of an immediate family member as the address for the account and use the PMB address as a mailing address.
