We booked into Escapees Turtle Creek RV Park in Holister, MO for a ten-day stay over Christmas and New Years! Upon checking in, we learned there is NO CABLE, NO INTERNET and we have to pay extra for WiFi which would have been fine EXCEPT WiFi is not even available at our site because it's too far (500' maybe) from the park office! Very unsatisfactory that we can't even get local channels for news and weather! Is this typical of Escapee parks?

We're going to be traveling to a very cold climate and we don't know what to do to winterize our travel trailer. Any advice?
