I purchased a 2019 UTV 800CC from Lone Star Powersports with plates and registration. It has a 17 digit VIN and DOT belts/lights/tires. it is 4 wheel drive dominator with GPS and front and rear winches. I live in Magnolia Texas. The law has changed. I drive in Magnolia Texas as long its <50 MPH ZONE
