Hello Tony, I too have a code 38 and I think I may have the same problem you had, ground wire problem. You reference "main access panel". Can you tell me exactly where to look for this? I'm not sure where you are referring. I'm looking all over for a ground wire problem and not seeing anything. I thought you may be able to point me to where you problem was so I can look on mine. Thanks!!!!
