well we are big wine drinkers so maybe we will have to put this on our agenda if we are nearby... moving on from Kansas today into Nebraska for a bit them over to Iowa... Anything fun to see or do in Omaha or Lincoln Nebraska - or anywhere in Iowa?

Looks like we might be there for Memorial Day weekend... will there be anything available there for that time frame?

Probably be a couple of weeks before we make it thru there - if we pass thru OKC we will probably stay at the fairgrounds - will let you know. When do you plan on leaving there?

we rolled in Lockhart Texas for our annual BBQ "all we can eat" fest.... here 5 days then over to Canyon Lake to see the grandkids one last time before turning north...

Starting to plan our winter travels next year and was wondering if there are any early plans for a Quartzite gathering in January 2017??? We plan to spend December in San Diego and then slowly head east from there...

well all that nasty weather stayed north of us here in College Station Texas... just clouds and a little drizzle here... Been here for one week and three more to go but enjoying our old hometown, well except for seeing the dentist to get my crown replaced yesterday

settled into our old home town in College Station Texas for a month... time to go to all our favorite haunts and dives... happy easter y'all

light rain here in Abbeville a little rain and very little thunder yesterday but it is nearly all past us now... the rain really hasn't interfered with any of our planned activities so we are lucky here in southeastern Louisiana

we always stay at Bayou Segnette State Park in Algiers LA just across the river from New Orleans. Catch the cheap ferry over the river and they drop you off at the aquarium in the french quarter district

huh... my browser was stuck on page 299 so just caught up - yes we had storms close by by nothing significant where we were and were about an hour west of where the RV park that got demolished in Convent LA was. Jerry sorry to ehar that Janice isn't happy with the results - here is to hoping things get much better as she heals.

not much to say here other than we are now at Bettys RV Park in Abbeville LA for a month and will enjoy the food, music and people of Acadiana...
