Late to this, but we just added a two burner Camp Chef to our gear. Even though the weather and location have limited our use, we love it. On Saturday alone, we canned a batch of rhubarb jam, cooked up a batch of French toast and made sausage and pepper sandwiches. Great fun, way easier than working other on our charcoal grill or in our kitchen. We got a single burner griddle as the only accessory for now. For two of us it seems to be working very well.
