Pulled into Christmas Florida a few days ago. Will be set up here for the winter (unless jello plans change) I'm in the still working dept. so will be bouncing back and forth to the great white (cold) north off and on throughout the winter. Hoping that from here we will make it to the ECR in April (fingers crossed)
Cheers!

We are in Longview, TX until early/mid April getting out truck body built by Larry Herrin. We are at the Fernbrook RV Park just south of I-20 exit 591 if anyone is in this area.....nice park and has big-rig sites.
That's perfect Jack. We should be coming through there in a cpl weeks.
Be great to meet you and take a look at your NH.

Mike/Chris:
How about next Friday for lunch in Havasu? Have a guy comeing by Thursday to go over the trailer with some fresh water and maybe a little wax. Probably seems good to get somewhere warm although the last few days are not particularily nice but livable.
I have your number captured on my phone from last year.
Jim
Sounds good Jim
I've had my phone off since we crossed the border due to the outrageous roaming charges that we got nailed with last year. I'll be getting ahold of my cell provider and have a roaming package put on today.
We'll give you a holler once I get it in place.
We had an interesting trip with the Smart car yesterday. Followed some new friends we met into the Desert Bar. Not a great road for smart car travel lol. But we made it in and out without any mishaps

We managed to get out of the Great White North just in time before it got alot whiter. We are now settled into Campbell Cove RV Park in Lake Havasu. We'll be here for at least a month.

Got this idea from the class of 2012 thread.
Thought it would be a quick and easy reference as to where everyone is located with their HDT
Just click on this link
and place a marker where you are located at the present time.
*Note. you will need to open a google acct to place a marker.
Should make it alot easier to hook up and say howdy face to face with our fellow Darksiders

Heading up to the Poolville area this weekend, gonna spend a week getting a bit of finish paint on the back of the cab and retro-fit of new Smart car retention (tie-down) system at 2L Custom Trucks. If anyone else stopping by to see Wayland give us a yell. Hopefully I'll be able to buy or steal some of Wayland's new Swag!
Highly recommend Mitchells RV Park in Perrin if you need to hang out close to Waylands

Sitting at Big Bend RV park in Terlingua, Texas.
Will be here for a week or so before we start making our way towards AZ.

We made it into Tombstone Territories RV Resort outside of Tombstone, AZ on Mon. This is good little park off the beaten path with huge pull throughs and plenty of room for HDT'ers. We have reservations for a month but we'll see - home seems to be calling louder each day! Jo Ann continues to improve after her concussion so the trip is looking up for her too.
Boy is it ever quiet, especially after Mesa!

Mike
We are heading over that way in the near future.
Should be there in a week or so.
Be great to meet you guys and say howdy

Is that in the BLM area?!? (I had previous directions to go south on Hwy 95, 2-4 mi to the BLM location with water & dump facilities, $40 for two weeks).
We're heading that way, later today...
-Don
p.s. Larry --- Palm Canyon looks to be about 18 mi south of Q, along Hwy 95, right?!? (We're looking for the BLM along that way, but closer in to town for the show, etc.)
Don
Yes it is BLM, however, it is just south of the BLM areas that you pay the $40. It is free here, but there is no water or dump.
You head south of "Q" until you see the La Paz road, turn right and there you are.
Not as close to town but alot less crowded. We will probably head into the "Pit Stop" today to dump and refill the tanks, then come back for a few more days. Stop by and say hello if you see us.

We are at Quartzite for a few days.
Parked just off the La Paz road. Please feel free to stop by and say howdy if you are passing by.

We are parked at Virgin Canyon state park just off I-15 in AZ, beautiful spot, no hookups, but water and dump available. Camp host Ray and Mary are excellent people.
Price is right..$8.00/night or $90.00/mnth...thinking we might just hang out here for awhile.

This is a very very nice camground. I highly recommend it.
Apparently we were the first HDT customer since they took over the CG

Sorry to hear about your problems, but hope you are OK. If you need a rest stop en route we are at exit 12a off I 89 Springfield NH. If you went I-91 N we are about 20 miles east from the Lebanon NH exit on I-91. Safe trip. Davena
Thank you so much Davena, that was very kind of you. I was actually thinking of you and Henry as a pit stop if things got worse. I'm going to start a new thread and tell the story of how things went down and hopefully save a life someday by someone learning from my mistake (stupidity)
We are home now safe and sound.
