-
Well it is getting close to our stay at Sundance 1 RV Resort in Casa Grade AZ Looking forward to the Arizona winters.

I think you can order a new rig and get one with out one, you just have to order it that way, none will come that way unless you request it.

Thank you to all who have responded, THANKS

This may be something you have already done, but have you checked out the RV parks on Camp Ground Reviews?
If you have, then never mind. 😁
Thanks

We've stayed at Casa Grande RV Park and Resort. Many RVers, many of them being from Canada, stay for the 3 month season (Jan, Feb, March). The park has added a number of small "cottages" as you enter the park but the park is primarily set up for RVers (no park models yet). There are a few RVers that stay year round. Roads are paved; sites on gravel.
Two pools, a spa, and some planned activities during non-Covid time. A couple of pickleball courts. Frys Grocery store just down the street. Some highway noise but not unbearable. We've only stayed at the park a week at a time but would recommend the park.
Thanks

We are looking ahead to next winter already; we are planning to stay in Casa Grande from November through February 2022. This will be our first time staying in Arizona for 4 month. We have a daughter in Phoenix and a Son who is moving Tucson in June. We like the location of Casa Grande, kind of middle ground and yet not in their back yards. Looking for input theses parks. Can any of you give me personal feedback on your stay at any of these parks?
Sundance 1 RV Park and Resort
Sunscape RV and Resort
Casa Grande RV Park and Resort
Rover’s Roost (although this is a little too far out of town and smaller that we might like)
Thanks in advance for any and all feed back

looking for a Winnebago or Itasca 2011 or newer model 33C, anyone selling one at a reasonable price?
-
I was in a 2011 Winnebago (Itasca) Sunova model 33C I think, and it had TWO opposing slide, one on each side making the living area very large. What other years and models have this arrangement?
Any and all help and suggestions will and is appreciated.

Thanks you all for the great suggestions

Who manufactures RV in Washington and Oregon, I would like to tour some manufactures in Washington and Oregon. I know Winnebago has a facility In Junction City Oregon, who else does?

Yes, I am "ALL" in and that is the problem, wish I cash to invest more when the market is down.
-
I for one have rode this bucking bronco long enough and as of Monday I moved ALL investments into a "Money Market U.S. Treasury Fund", not sure if this is the correct place to park both my cash accounts and retirement accounts but for now this is what I am doing. What with all of the turmoil in Europe and even here at home with the riots and sit-ins I am very fearful of what is to come next. I think there might be one more market rally (suckers rally) before years end and then we are heading for much bigger problems and higher unemployment, I think it could be 3 or 4 more years be for its time to get back into the market.
Gold is not a buy at this time although it might become so if there is a large enough of pull back.
Anyway my thoughts on what is going to happen.
