  1. Thank you for the heads-up. I've been considering that option.
  2. Marcel, thanks for the reply. We have no intention to "travel". We are going to find an RV park in AZ, plug in, and stay. We intend on setting up a domicile and mailing address there, and other than traveling to Montana and Wyoming in the summer to visit friends and relatives for a month or two there is not much intention on "vacationing" anywhere. As for the "shelter in place" hunkering down thing, we never experienced anything like that anywhere around these parts. Nothing about anyone's lives in this part of the country was really affected much by all that virus stuff; no mandates, no vax requirements, none of that. And also, as for keeping the place in AR. We are financially pretty well off, but not enough to pay for a mortgage, plus insurance, plus maintenance, etc., etc., etc., here and also spend the same amount on RV parks, food, insurance, maintenance, etc., for full-time RV living. I do appreciate the input, though.
  3. For letting me join in. I'm new to your forum, but not new to the full-time RV thing. However, it's been over 20 years so I'm a bit rusty. Back in the mid-late 90's, I lived in a Winnebago Indian for about 2 years, then for the next 3 years I lived in a travel trailer. I retired from Fish & Wildlife in 2013, and now after 10 years of retirement we have decided to sell our house and 10 acres in W. AR and do the full-time RV thing until we can't stand each other anymore. 🙃 After researching the heck out of a plethora of makes and models we've decided on a pull-behind (travel trailer) instead of a 5th-wheel. We just haven't decided on a manufacturer yet. I had a Class A license when I retired so towing capability/weight is not a consideration. I have always just found it easier to maneuver a trailer vice a 5th-wheel/goose-neck configuration, especially in backing. I know things have changed in 20 years since I did this last so I'm going to have a lot of questions to ask, some of which may sound dumb to a lot of you so hang in there with me. Thanks again!
