Dual receiver won’t show HD channels

We have a VIP222K receiver but have switched it out with our home receiver and get same results. Antenna is a Winegard 1000 Travler. 129 is coming in fine. This has been going on for months regardless of where we are set up. -
Our Dish receiver shows HD channels on guide but none have signal. Get message it’s switching to SD. This happens on all HD channels. Also, tv2 will only work if tv1 is off.
