When loading my motorcycle into my 42 foot long fifth wheel does it need to be hooked up to the truck? If not do the jacks/Stabilizer jacks in the back need to be up or down?

What about loading a side-by-side razor?

My question is more about the toy hauler itself. Does it need to be hooked up to the truck to load my Harley into the back. I have a 42 foot fifth wheel toy hauler.
