I have installed a Victron inverter/charger 2000 watt. A 300 ah battery and a Orion dc-dc charger.  Everything works good drawing from the battery.  The battery recharges going down the road as should,

It will not transfer over to pick up the generator or when plugged into shore power.  I have have the invertor programed by Victron dealer.  I have changed the ATS no help. I believe my installation to be correct.  Any suggestions?
