We moved over to La Paz County Park North of Parker. Az.

We are in Parker, AZ at Emerald Cove Resort.

We at Palms Canyon south fo QZ for a few days. Found a Excel friend out here in the midddle of nowhere. Very pretty country and nobody around to speak of. Lodgepole we want to come up and over to see you rig, so we'll try to contact you. We headed in the QZ today for the show and pizza.

We are in Yuma, AZ for a few days then up to QZ for the RV Show. Staying with Jim Gass, another former HDT'er, now a Motorhomer.

Tell Valerie that I said all she needs is a bar of soap and she can take her shower and conserve water. We may drop in on you after X-mas. Billie and I will head out after X-mas on I-40 to the Colorado River the head south along the river on the AZ side.

Yeah, good luck with that! 48 right now here in mission, supposed to get to 36 on Saterday morning.

9* this morning with it getting back down there tonight. House is nice and warm but the Wild Cargo set out back in the cold. Burr!!!

Billie and I will be in Hutchinson until 10-16 then over to Greensberg Ks till 10-19. After that I'll be going to Wichita, Ks for a couple of days, Billie hasn't made her mind up yet, that quilting mighty important, may need to head home. Then I'm back to Oakley for the winter. Can't wait for April Fool's day.

Currently in Ogalalla, NE; planning to stop en route to Hutchinson in Smith Center to look at Excel's new stuff. Pickin's are getting mighty slim with so many manufacturers going out of business, so figured we may as well take a little detour to see one of the factories that are still in business. Looks like it might be a challenge finding somewhere to park/stay in the vicinity of Smith Center, though!

 

Looking forward to seeing some of the HDTers we've not met before.

There is a little campground on the westside of Smith Center. You'll fit in the easy. It's self pay and not much but is cheap. See you in Hutchinson on Thursday.

This has to be one of the latest snows we have had in Kansas. 1" in Oakley. Blizzard conditions at times.

Billie didn't like driving home last night after having a heart cath yesterday in Hays, Ks.

She still doesn't belive the doctor when he told her I had a good heart. No blockage at all Good to go for many years

Update on Billie

She got out of the hospital today and is staying at her son's place in Wichita. So she's in good hands. On the long road to recovery. I'm back to work.

Update on Billie

We had a set back today. Her stomach went back up into her chest area. So she had to go back into surgery this afternoon. This time the doctor put in a feeding tube to hold it down. They will not be feeding her through it, just using it to hold the stomach in place.

Yesterday she had her chicken broth and tea. everything was fine and she was resting while I went to get me something to eat. While I was gone she was eating her jello and she choked on it and got to coughing and they think that is what caused her stomach to move back into the chest area.

For now we were back to square one and started over.

Just to let everyone know Billie's surgery went great. Took a little longer then they thought but she is doing really good tonight. She'll be staying here in Wichita with her son till the weekend then I'll come back down and take her home. I couldn't get the week off as someone else already had vacation picked.

Now I have to learn how to make pudding, jello, and other soft foods so she gets something to eat. I do meat and potatos great so this will be a learning session for me. She is looking forward eating all the ice cream she wants.
