Sorry I didn't reply, we've been out in Arizona and New Mexico and just got back tonight. For some reason I'm not getting notified when I get a message. I'll have to see if I can fix that.

Like wise. If you find yourself up here stop by. We're headed out west Wednesday for a while, but by the middle of march we'll be here most of the summer. We own the dairy queen and will be here helping our daughter during the busy months.

We hold our stocks for income and none of them seem in trouble for any reason. I am currently working on a real estate deal so I sold some Muni bonds today while people were willing to pay more. If the real estate deal doesn't materialize on our terms, we'll put the money back on solid income stocks while they're on sale.' Dick
