Max Speed

Hi how are you doing? Just wanted to ask you a quick question about the day cab 8600 you drive. Does it have exhaust brakeing on it? What do you find works best for real steep hills? My 8500 International has the HT530 with 10 speed and no exhaust breaking. Im leaving tomorrow on vacation and in two days I will be in the mountians, all Im thinking about are using low gears... Any advice? Thanks
