Thank you. The TA info is exactly what I wanted to know. The TSD program gives much a steeper discount even with a per transaction cost. 

Looking at the information on the Fuel Discount Program, the participating stations for diesel seem to be the same as TSD's. Anyone know how to compare the cost savings between the 2 programs?
